Got to Remember to Breathe

I could tell I’m too stressed when I went to yoga yesterday.  I just wasn’t relaxing into the poses.

Now that there are some posts on the Etsy site and I’ve got most of the logistical business things in place, it’s time to settle into some semblance of routine.  Last week I was so excited/nervous that I just wasn’t sleeping at all.  Friday night, I finally crashed and things have been better since then.  But I’m definitely not on the schedule my therapists would prefer.

Here I am talking about schedules, and it’s already past bedtime.  I’m behind for tomorrow before tomorrow’s even here.
